Intro to me, my vibe, and my coaching method. A space for you to ask your questions, tell me a bit about yourself and your life, and for us to determine if we'd be a good fit in working together! What to expect: • Intros for you and me • Brief overview of your current life and where you may be feeling stuck or unhappy • Brief overview of my coaching method and what I think may make sense for length of time to work together • Time for questions It's often scary to reach out to a stranger for help, or to even admit that you may want help in the first place - I strive to create a warm, welcoming, judgement-free environment where you can look inwards and identify what needs to change!
